Welcome to the Thornbury Cricket Club Youth Site.
The 2008 regular season has now come to an end, with our teams completing over 90 matches, mainly in the Bristol Youth League. The results of these matches can be found by clicking on the "FIXTURES" tab at the top of this page.

We have now moved into the "Finals" phase of the season, where Divisional league leaders play off for a place in the Brsitol Youth League Finals. Well done to the Under 11 Reds who beat Whitchurch in a semi final on Sunday 10th August and now meet Stoke Bishop in the League Cup Final, now arranged for Sunday 24th August. All supporters are welcome.
Our girls Under 15 team have also qualified as South West Regional Champions to play in the National Finals of the Lady Taverners Competition on Sunday 14th September. The venue has yet to be announced.

On Bank Holiday Monday, August 24th, we are holding our annual BBQ and sports afternoon at the Club, starting at 2.00 pm. All Club members, their families and friends are welcome to join us for some fun family cricket and boules, sample the BBQ and prop up the bar. Entrance is free.
Close season training will again be taking place at Castle School Sports Hall starting in October. Invitations will be sent well beforehand, so please make sure are registered with the Club.
